Find Clarity. Reclaim Agency. Move Forward
When trust is broken, life takes an unexpected turn, or the success you've built no longer feels like your own, you may begin questioning everything—including yourself.
Through honest exploration and authentic connection, rediscover what is true for you and reclaim the freedom to choose what comes next.
Who I Work With
Some changes don't just disrupt your plans. They make you question who you are, what you can trust, and the kind of life you want to build from here.
Relationship Challenges & Personal Recovery
When trust is broken, it can shake far more than a relationship. Reclaim your voice, honor your boundaries, and explore what rebuilding trust—in yourself, your relationships, and your future—might look like.
Life Transitions & Identity
When familiar roles and identities begin to shift—through separation, single parenthood, or a new chapter of life—who are you beyond those roles?
Reconnect with what feels authentic and true to you, and begin making choices that reflect the person you are and the life you want.
Career Transitions & Reinvention
You've worked hard, built a career, and perhaps achieved what once meant success. But what if it no longer feels right?
Redefine success on your own terms and explore a next chapter aligned with your values, purpose, and authentic self.
I bring a particular understanding of the challenges faced by professionals in finance, accounting, and leadership.
My Coaching Philosophy & Approach
What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative relationship grounded in trust, honesty, and mutual respect.
At the heart of Co-Active Coaching is the belief that every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Through deep listening, thoughtful questions, and exploration, we create space for your own insights, choices, and meaningful action.
Authenticity & Connection
I believe meaningful change begins with authentic human connection.
I bring my genuine self into our conversations—with honesty, presence, curiosity, and compassion—and invite you to show up as you are.
There is room for uncertainty, vulnerability, and the different voices within you, without pressure to have everything figured out.
How Is Coaching Different?
Therapy can address mental health concerns and trauma-related symptoms. Mentoring offers guidance through experience, while consulting provides specialized expertise and solutions.
Coaching is a different kind of partnership. Rather than providing answers, we explore your perspectives, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen your ability to make choices that are truly yours.
Coaching can complement therapy, but does not replace psychotherapy or clinical trauma treatment.
About Me
I'm Nan Wang. Before becoming a coach, I spent over two decades in accounting, finance, and organizational leadership. I worked with complex systems, difficult decisions, and people navigating change.
Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the human questions beneath the work: identity, purpose, relationships, and the courage it takes to begin again.
My own experiences of transition deepened this interest and eventually led me to coaching.
I believe meaningful change is not simply about fixing a problem or finding the "right" answer. It is about creating space to listen to yourself, understand what truly matters, and choose how you want to move forward.
I bring both a grounded, practical perspective and a warm, curious presence to our conversations.
Training & Professional Background
Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) | Whole-Person Coaching
I completed CTI's core Co-Active Coaching curriculum and am currently pursuing Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification. The Co-Active approach emphasizes the whole person, authentic relationships, personal values, and meaningful transformation.
APSATS | Partner Betrayal Trauma
I completed training in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (MPTM) developed by APSATS, which focuses on understanding the traumatic impact of sexual betrayal on intimate partners.
This training informs my trauma-aware approach, with particular attention to emotional safety, stabilization, boundaries, and personal agency.
International Coaching Federation (ICF) | Professional Standards
I am also working toward the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through ICF, an internationally recognized professional organization that establishes standards for coaching competencies, experience, and ethical practice.
